I saw your video earlier and it reminded me of a 386 board I have. It too has some leg damage on the chipset and although I have tried to fix a few it will still only post if I put a fair bit of pressure down on the chip.

Still need to sort some sort of internal mounts but fairly happy with the result. A shame there is a slight gap underneath the CD drive but its not much more than the gap that was already between the case and floppy drive so I feel it looks ok! Installed windows 95 the other day to test the drive …

@Creepingnet the DVD drive I have fit into my dx2 66 works just fine... Just installed windows95 with it.
