You cannot slipstream a full SP into NT4, it will not work proper for a CD install. MS didn't start including the ability until Win2000 SP2 (according to MSFN.org). Have you tried: https://vintage3d.org/driver/trident/trc9xr.zip (from https://vintage3d.org/driver.php) the .inf says win95/win98. never mind !! try the attached You will not find a Win3.1 driver, have to use generic VGA or SVGA..... Will look around to see which ESS it has....
