Performance in Unreal Tournament is heavily dependent on CPU speed. Your Voodoo 3 3500 should be able to comfortably run it at 1024x768 with 60+ FPS using the Glide renderer, but it would need a Pentium 3 800 or higher to reach that level of performance.
