KQ8 is fairly early as well, I think D3D was added in with a later patch maybe? I seem to remember Glide looking better but I'm going off memory here. That integrated sound card is pretty good for DOS gaming. The CMI8330 chip that it's based on is quite capable and has SBPro/SB16/WSS compatibility. Its OPL3 clone is spot on as well.
