I think the problem is when the install program loads it says it can’t find custom.vde (despite that file being present in the dir and also in the vde subdirectory) and it then says there isn’t a VDIF-compatible monitor attached (I’m using a dell 2001fp lcd). Hi, When i run FDoom (or FDoon13H or any of the other modes) the game launches, will play the opening demo and then automatically quite back to DOS with a timedemo result. This is happening now even if I havent started the game with the timedemo command... any ideas why this might be happening? …

My PIII 933 has a PCI Voodoo5 (it’s the Mac one, flashed, so has vga and dvi) and an AGP GeForce256 DDR - it’s interesting to compare both cards against each other in the same machine.
