What is the base adress of your card? On my card all DIP swichtes except of 4 are up. Mine is set to adress c800h. I use a NEC TFT 1970nxp which can go up to 70Hz and maybe a bit above of that. They only work properly on older systems with PS/2 connector, best if you have Olivetti PC.

M24 and M240 and M28 and M280 use propretary video timing. So original monitor only works with these machines.

You can find the pinout of the M28 video card when you look at the M24 specs. In vcfed there is a thread where someone shows a working TTL RGBI adapter for M24 to VGA.
