Tried with my 286 mobo and didn't even boot. The 256kb x 4 that were in were 80 ns 🤣, faster than these 120ns... Are these maybe 80806, 80186 era?

Hello! I have issues with 4 sticks of SIMM, post says 640KB of ram but halts and can't even get to boot memtest. Tried on a 386 and a 486, same result.
