Do you have any other electronics that might be able to pick up a signal? A led and a resistor of 1kOhm in series or something?

replaced the CMOS battery? I see it came with one, you can be sure that is dead or dying (low voltage in-circuit) and can cause symptoms like this.

For that section it might work, for the stuff around your memory slots, not that much. It looks like you need to remove at least one more memory slot because the fluid went under.

tnt2.bin is completely empty, so indeed, that didn't work. saved.bin gives: 09/26/94-SIS-85C471B/E/G-2C4I9S23-00 and a checksum error in modbin. Structure looks quite different from the other two bios files that actually contain data. I also see blocks being duplicated as if the same section was …

Aaaah the Endeavour... How long are your PATA cables? Try shorter cables at least for your CF-adapter thingy. tolerance on the capacitance value. So the 10% can be between 9-11uF and the 20% can be between 8-12uF. If there is no tolerance mentioned on the caps that seems to be standard 20% otherwise it will be marked in there somewhere afaik.

I can only guess it was designed a bit more on the limits of the chipset so getting the timings wrong is causing havoc. As for the green artefacts usually this is because of oversignal so could be something is wrong with the board itself too, the power to the ISA slots having a bad capacitor or …
