We should create a "What's this old game called?" megathread, where people can ask about games they remember but forgot the names about. The only game that comes to my mind would be "Halloween Harry / Alien Carnage", but that one has no jungle scenery and your weapon is usually a flamethrower.

Many games put bass on the first channel and by default, MT32 etc. do not listen to that channel. There's certainly some setup needed prior to such a stunt, channels can be remapped with sysexes, and I imagine game specific things would be necessary too to get most out of it.
