What sold me on the Hammerhead was its use of USB to power itself. It is nice not having a wall wart to power it. That and it is small and does not take up a bunch of space. YMMV, but I've been very happy with it.

It really depends on the website. If it uses js/ajax/json, then it won't mirror very well. But, for static websites. wget works well enough: Copy code to clipboard 1 wget --mirror --convert-links --adjust-extension --page-requisites --no-parent http://example.org
