Here is an example, this cable has the same 15 pin connector, and most probably can be adapted to be used with your card. The only concern is whether all necessary lines are connected. It should not be difficult to build a dongle for Fujitsu card. It uses a standard Hirose (HRS) 15 pin connector. The part numbers that you need are NX30TA-15PAA and NX-15T-CV Not sure they are still available, though. Mouser and Digikey used to have them. You can check my thread about similar …
