Doesnt it just work without a driver? Your card is set to Address220H IRQ7 DMA1 ... You could just try to run doom, duke nukem 3d or Monkey island . I use these games as basic tests for any sound. I have noticed that Duke initialises the weirdest soundcards by itself.

Any ISA graphics card should work to get a picture. They should have 512kb to 2mb of ram. If you want higher resolutions you need more ram. For a 486 (dos/win3.11) 1mb is plenty. Did it ever post? Is the cache jumpered properly? I cant see any external cache but the jumpers seem to indicate there are 256kb installed? Maybe im just looking at the wrong jumpers? Does this setting even matter?
