Are you talking about the Munt driver or the QT app? If you are talking about the special build of DOSBox with Munt, keep in mind that it is not an official build that is supported here. If it is a problem with Munt itself, you should ask in the Munt forum where the Munt developer will see it.

If you are talking about booter games, it may need to be ported to regular DOS. This has been done with a few booter games, but can lead to problems. Windows 9x is not supported by DOSBox. The unofficial Daum build has some experimental patches that may help, but these forums are for the official DOSBox. ykhwong would be the one to ask, but unfortunately, he has been AWOL lately. ScummVM is the way to go.
