There is a newly registered users group. How about a mod that throws up an iframe over the posting editor for any newly registered user that warns applications/Android/iOS/abandonware are not supported with and "I agree" button to dismiss it.

Marvin is just old hardware, not just PC. It is just dominated by PC. Snover created the Marvin forum because he got tired of people constantly posting hardware stuff in the emulation forums.

Not XP, but PE - Windows Preinstallation Environment. Still MS proprietary, but not full blown Windows.
