Just because the games can be found on abandonware sites does not make distributing those games legal. Additionally, the game files are not the only thing that are copyrighted. The Windows files are, too. This is why danoon was talking about WINE.

NASCAR2 has no audio track, only one data track. NASCAR1 had two audio tracks in addition to its data track, but did not use the Redbook audio in game. The audio tracks were intended only to be played in a CD player.

I am not sure what FILES are set to with DOSBox, but you cannot not change any CONFIG.SYS settings without changing the source code. Did you try editing the "CONFIG.NT" to use the NTVDM?

Either run the INSTALL.EXE in the game's directory or manually edit the RESOURCE.CFG and run the game from GAME.EXE. I have most of the Sierra demos on this page. The ZIPs are the original packages and the EXEs are preconfigured install packages.
