CPU-wise, I'd suggest you look at 45nm C2Qs or Sandy/Ivy Bridges. Cheap, plentiful, and they work fine with modern SATA drives and modern PSUs. Which processor do you already have? E5800 is a 45nm, IIRC, which that board doesn't seem to support. Few LGA775/i865 boards do.
