I wouldn't recap unless you're experiencing definite issues or the caps visibly look bad, but that's just me. You may never visibly spot that the safety capacitor in the horizontal oscillator circuit is bad ~ if it goes bad you will blow the HOT transistor or the flyback transformer itself.

I'm not an electronics engineer, so take this advice for what it is. 1. Just match the capacitance and make sure you get >= voltage of the original. Capacitors are all same value ; the greenish components are inductors ; differences between HCT & LS are small and various (consult datasheets)
