These drivers are for the whole ALC series I think. You can check the readme to see what's supported.

That's another possibility. The main one I'm concerned abou is web sites that host copies of older versions; I'd like to know about them so that I can inform those sites' owners about the newer version so that people won't waste their time on old versions.

I know that some people have made some nice rips of Star Wars laserdiscs. It's not as high-resolution as even normal DVDs though. I'd say it's somewhere between VCD (mpeg1?) and DVD/SVCD. (mpeg2?). They might be digital-to-analog-to-digital rips though.

Note that you'll want to pick PC Speaker for sound effects, as DOSBox's Sound Blaster emulation has trouble with the nasty way the Wiz7 plays sounds. It will have pops in PC Speaker mode, but at least you'll be able to make out the sounds pretty well. Adlib/Sound Blaster is a good choice for music …

Must be pretty cheesy if you can play it on a DVD player (as the page describes). I checked to see if MAME supports it, but it doesn't as far as I can tell.

I think I've run both the floppy version (I have copies of the original floppies I think) and the Ultimate Wizardry Archive version in DOSBox.
