IMHO the easiest method is to carry out the installation and patching process on a pre-64bit machine, then copy across the resulting directory to the Win7 x64 machine.....which presumably isn't the one in your sig. Note that you'll need a version of Dosbox to with kekko's patch to experience the …

Was the PowerVR Neon250 actually released as a retail graphics card? Or was the chip used elsewhere instead (e.g. DreamCast)? I can say I've never seen a Neon250 graphics card.

I gave up trying to get PCI sounds cards like the AudioPCI, Live! and Audigy to work with DOS. There's just too many problems. I went with an older system using an AWE64. It's the best way.

Sorted! 🤣 Used the GAME.exe file from home of the underdogs, managed to use -freesize command correctly, and run the game! I even got sound! 😁 No sign of any lag or delay yet. The game runs a bit faster than it used to on my Win95 rig.

@nugget - I cannot find the cracked files on your site. Could you be a little more specific as to where the files are located? I have the original DOS version of Constructor, but wish to try the same route as you, since I am having no luck with any other.
