I'd try to find the pinout of that... and perhaps make an adapter cable so you could use an ATX PSU... That might be cheaper and save you from headaches if the PSU you buy breaks in the future. (I say ATX because I'm guessing this proprietary conector needs more pins than AT because it needs a 3.3V …

The CUBX is an interesting choice... from what I've read it is basically one of the best boards with the 440bx chipset. The only problem is that it appears to be even harder to find, and more expensive. I'll keep reading about 440bx boards, as that chipset seems to be awesome.

The AT HAS to have a switch... In the meantime you can use a paper clip and short the green and a black wire by sticking it into the connector, that should power the PSU on

You could try removing the network card driver and the protocols (including the MS Network client) and adding them back. Maybe SFC could help too
