Thanks Paul, I think I found the problem, it is exactly in the chroma keying, I changed the way palettes are handled but did not changed the ApplyKeyToPalette function. Holy sh*t, this runs about 400fps, lol !! I had to run it at 1280x1024 and with 4x FSAA 8x AA, just to slow it down to make it playable. Wow it didn't run that fast for me. XP and 2K

IF you try to play under Windows 2000 or XP, Screamer complains about not being able to find H:\somethingorother. Messing with Screamer.cfg fixed this. Here's the fiddled version.
