I've tried using Scummvm for LOOM but it refuses to read the disc or, in fact, recognize that I have a CD drive. I've used it for other games, like the Secret of Monkey Island etc. without a hitch, I'm not sure why it won't take LOOM.

To mount a hard disk folder to save to, could I just create a folder on my desktop to save things into and then mount that?

I know there are other topics with the same CD but none seem to have the problems I do nor I theirs so I started a new topic. Also be warned I'm not exactly computer savvy, I'm amazed I can even use DOSBox to run the CD. So please bear with my ignorance, I'm working to learn as fast as I can. …
