I expect this will result in not only a patch for DOSBox to add experimental Win31 support through Wine but also a patch against Wine shared with the Wine development team to improve its Windows 3.1x binary handling. Depending on the CPU, a mechanical pencil with the "lead" removed, and steady hands. Even cheaper. However, works better for P4 and above though (maybe P3) depending on the gauge wire used for the CPU. Nice idea there. These were very stiff pins, but the ones on the 486DX33 were soft as butter. …
