I just tested a GUS PnP with MegaEM 3.11 and EMM386 version 4.45 from MS-DOS 6 and it works fine. I can not test the SB emulation though as I have a real SB16 in the same system that blocks resources. I don't want to disassemble the system.

I have checked a Cirrus driver in my archive and there is a refresh_rate.inf that can be rigth clicked and installed. It installs a DLL that gives you a property sheet in display setting for refresh rates of the card. CL_REF.DLL 50176 Bytes.

You are sure your Kouwell Controller features an own BIOS extension? Usually floppy routines are in the mainboards bios, so you would have to update those.
