I have noticed that glidos is not able to run a game from drives other than C: it is entering the folder on other drive but is not switching to it and tries to run exe from c: (the content of .bat file is wrong: missing "drive:")

this game's installer requires xcopy. you can grab one from freedos or use ykhwong dosbox build that already has it built in. a question to dosbox devs, why cannot you build in xcopy into dosbox the way yhkwong did it? btw xcopy is in ms-dos since ms-dos 3.3
