i type: imgmount d: d:\c.img -size 512,63,16,142 -fs none but get: Must specify drive number (0 or 3) to mount image at (0,1-fda,fdb;2,3=hda,hdb) How to specify that number?

try this: fullfixed=true fullwidth=1024 fullheight=768 output=openglnb aspect=true (actually aspect doesn't affect text mode, don't know why) and switch to fullscreen now

in vdmsounds launchpad there is a slider: move it a little bit to left and check whether the game speeded up, if not move it a little bit more..... (vladr: it is a dos4gw game, you have been already discussing this game and simmilar problem not that long ago 😉 )

type win in your windows folder 😉 it is also good to add those lines in dosbox.conf [autoexec] SET TEMP=C:\WINDOWS\TEMP SET PATH=Z:\;C:\WINDOWS

hm.. that file is not a good for version testing cause it seems to be the same in all versions i have a patch updating to 1.2 and also the one that updates to 1.4 and one of the files that is being changed is dos4gw.exe could you check your size and date of this file? and one additional question - …

what version of the game have you got? i have tested versions 1.2 and 1.4 and they work. maybe you have ver 1.0 (i don't have this one). can you tell what is the exact size of the file Roland.cat in the \Sound\ folder, and what is it's date?

it's strange cause i have pasted your config to my dosbox 0.61 and the game works properly i only get your error message when xms=true but with false it works perfectly, and i have 8 missions to choose from so i guess my wersion of game is not a shareware

after further testings: it seems that it works properly inside the folders, but it doesn't in the main folder (c:\,d:\...)

if you have nVidia card go to its configuration options - color settings - you have a drawing there for brightnes, contrast and gamma - observe how it changes when you move the sliders

and it runs properly in dosbox 0.61 too just run setsound and set it correctly!
