The NTVDM included with Windows Seven x32 is almost unuseable. No graphic modes. Just plain old text commandline console apps.

I remember the sound was already crappy on a real SB16 running under real ms-dos. Besides, this game wouldn't run without EMS. It was poorly coded in comparison to Westwood masterpieces.

I think you must share your USB printer and redirect it to an LPT port, for instance: net use \\network\printer lpt1: /persistent:yes

That damned JPEG artifacts really hurt my eyes. Next time use PNG for screen captures. Nice patch, btw.

DOSBox as its name implies is for MS-DOS games, not Windows ones. If your program is a Windows binary (executable), you just run it under Windows. [THREAD CLOSED]

Try disabling EMS and telling the game not to use it.
