you are mounting c:\arena as C: root, so \ARENA cannot be seen anymore. Move ARENA folder inside another folder in C: such as DOSGAMES and mount it as mount c c:\dosgames

When using exclamations or interrogation in sentences, you have to put two different (inversed) marks to mark the beginning and the end of the sentece. It should be something like. ¿Te gusta DOSBox? -> Do you like DOSBox? ¡Me gusta DOSBox! -> I like DOSBox! In English only closing marks are used. …

As far as I recall, Eye of the Beholder 2 was better if NUMLOCK is toggled off before starting DOSBox. As for the "attack with keys" issue, I don't know, I have always used left mouse button to attack.

What are his mounting commands? It's usually a BAD IDEA running an installation outside DOSBox and using DOSBox to play afterwards. Do everything inside DOSBox.
