Are you sure you haven't changed anything else in bios? You could also enter bios and select update ESCD option (just a shot in the dark).

Runs fine using just the native WinXP NTVDM. Just run MENU.EXE It DOESN'T WORK for me neither using DOSBox 0.63 nor 0.65rc1

They are used to pass additional command-line parameters to the batch file. If /ss is for enabling SB, do you know if there are some other parameters to force ADDRESS, IRQ, DMA and such? Do you have the blaster line set up correctly. Type SET to find out.

Try making an ISO or BIN/CUE (if several tracks) image from the CD and run it from a virtual drive.

There is no real config.sys under DOSBox unless you boot a real ms-dos Operating System from within it. Try getting a CVS version (look in the development section of the forum). EDIT: Due to the fact that this game seems to be a ms-dos title, I am moving the thread to its proper section.

I really doubt a dongle protected software (using a parallel port) would work under DOSBox (no LPTx passtrough yet), but a SERIAL one could work.
