I think the default environment space for command.com was 256 but I am not sure right now.

It's a WINDOWS program. DOSBox is meant for running MS-DOS only.

It's an MP4 video stream that plays a rapid pattern of colours to force PSP turning ON/OFF pixels. My TFT has one stuck/dead pixel. I will leave it running for 6 hours tomorrow.

Type config -writeconf dosbox.conf at the DOSBox Z:\> prompt to create a new one. Exit DOSBox and edit it. It's a plain text file.

It's difficult to say. Use a frameskip of 1 or 2 and keep an eye of task manager until CPU use reaches 85-90%
