I hate figuring things out by myself when it comes to computer trouble. I found out how to get Quarantine and NHL 93 to work on my PC, but how do I get it to work on my Mac? What do I have to type?

Just the same as for PC.
You mount the path: "mount c [[path]]"
So for Windows it's "mount c C:\game\whatever\nhl93". I don't know how you write paths on a Mac.
After you mounted it, DOSBox should act exactly the same, like Microsoft DOS.

mount C~/

Usage MOUNT Drive-Letter Local-Directory
So a MOUNT c c:\windows mounts windows directory as the c: drive in DOSBox

mount C C:\windows

Directory C:\ doesn't exist

I tried making a folder "Windows" in my DOSBox folder but that didn't work either.

"Mount c ."
If your files are in the same directory as DosBox then the above command will mount the current directory as C:\.

mount c /volumes/HardDiskName/FolderName/
if the path include space bars, write:
mount c "/volumes/HardDiskName/FolderName/"
