I don't have the original patch file anymore, so I created a new one. But for whatever reason PPF-O-Matic won't apply it to the ISO I made, it acts like it does, but doesn't.
I'll PM you an alternative.

I would like the updated file ZQ! I hope you’re doing okay! I found this thread because I was trying to look for you! I noticed that someone made a patch to Socom 2 and it can now be playable online again. All I could think is “I wonder if ZanQuance got Amplitude or FreQuency online again?” Any way I’m glad that you’re still at it man! Great to see you!
