I have MMCD red disk with "exploring boundaries of sound and vision" its from my old 1996 pc, still keep it, this contains demo games, drivers, mpeg player xing, and sound making software Cackewalk studio , can i release it here?

Probably better to put something like that up on archive.org.

But it might be ok to have on vogonsdrivers as well.

If any of that is not freeware/shareware, then don't even try posting it anywhere near VOGONS. Otherwise you're fine but probably still better off on archive.org or something.
