Woow! That's a really nice place filled with all the good stuff! I guess it's also a workshop for all of your hobbies... more like a dream workshop 😀. Hats down!

My OCD is annoyed you didn't put the big strong case at the bottom of the case-tower 🤣

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣It's a trash BMW.

But seriously I'm in the process of organising everything - been at it for a couple of months with no end in sight... That particular car has quite a bit of bodywork damage, with is why I piled all that crap on top of it. Hood, fenders, front bumper and front pannel, along with the boot lid and rear right door will go to the scrap yard and I'll replace them with good bodywork - when it gets its turn. Right now I'm working on the gray e30 witch is going to take up this year's allotment of free time and spare cash. I hope I'll be able to get to the red one next year.

The compaq at the bottom is dead. PSU blew out and took the mainboard with it - so right now I'm using it as an end table 😜. I kept it because I have an identical system with a badly damaged case (cracked front bezel, bent cover that won't close) and I'm planning on making a nice system out of the two. But until then i's an end table 😜

Thank you very much, and greetings from CL! The wife calls it the bear cave. It's pretty low budget - I used old discarded desks and tables and made new tables out of cheap kitchen counter tops where I could. Still haven't finished the attic or the ouside of the building, and I still have a couple of shelves and the hardware they hold I need to bring in, but I have no idea where I'd stuff them right now. I wager it's going to take me 4-5 years till I can finish and furnish the space to my linking, but I'm in no hurry. Just happy I was finally able to build a place for all my hobbies.

What you see is pretty much 25 years of collecting what other people would consider junk, repairing / restoring and enjoying them.

Wow lots of gorgeous builds. People's work areas are so clean and organized. Makes my workspace look like a hoarder's shed 😜

It looks like you don't mind having several projects going on at the same time 😆

I don't. When I hit a roadblock on a project or run out of funds I move on to something else, and come back to it when I have a new idea or get more parts.

Thank you! But after looking trough the amazing setups others posted on this thread I think I should tidy up a bit...

Nice!, I got it not long ago, it was only the case, I'm building a P133 with it to run d0s and win 3.11. The one on the desk is a 486 DX2 66MHz, I love that one, it's my favorite. I also have a P233 MMX for win 95 and a P3-1GHz for win 98 that it's coming in the mail sometime next week. 👍

On the top the same case my father had back in the day with P200mmx (Win95) - My setup is a little bit different (K6-2 +, Win98SE)😉
On the bottom the Bigtower Edition (P133, Win3.11)
i got from an older man who was about to throw it away but he let me take it with me 😊🙏

Whenever I visit this thread I feel like I am about to die of envy poisoining. Living with a child and a nanny has reduced my work/hobby space into a small corner of the living roon and not only is it tiny but it's also overcrowded and messy as fuck. FML
