Is it the Microsoft Natural Keyboard? I bought one of those the day before going to my (computer) written final tests for high school. I thought "What the h** - crash and burn" and wrote the essay on my brand-spanking-new MS Natural keyboard, without having tried one before .. It was GREAT!

No, this is Chicony KB-7903, an MS Natural clone from 90-s.

I had MS Natural with this build, but it was not in best condition (yellowed and pretty used):

I sold it after getting this Chicony new old stock:

I like KB-7903 more than MS, cause it has detachable wrist rest and does not take so much space on a table.

Ergonomic keyboards are really great, glad you like them too.

Nice! Unfortunately I don't have any ergonomic keyboard anymore. Some time in the early 2000's I prioritized going wireless d'oh

Please use the "quote" option if asking questions to what I write - it will really up the chances of me noticing 😀

Recent update:

Picked up NOS Seagate Medalist 4,3 Gb HDD

I know that most of people prefer CF-IDE adapters, but I was missing all this old school hdd noises=)

There were issues with Voodoo 2 installed it last PCI slot (it just stopped working), so i had to move it to the first slot, where it blocked Super rack containing CF-IDE adapter. As I`ve got HDD, it`s not big deal, but I will be missing the look of it. Instead of Super rack, I` got this nice vent cover (without fans, of course). Not so badass look, as with Super rack, but better than with boring plain cover:

Also, picked up this sealed Windows 95 OEM + Microsoft Works to install to my new HDD=)

And got this Win95 sticker, as a final touch for my monitor:

I think the AWE64 produces sounds close to that of the Roland GS MIDI standard.
Maybe the best next thing to it.

As someone who has both an AWE64 and a Roland SC-155, they are not similar at all.

The differences are most noticeable in games such as Doom or Duke3D where the music was originally composed on a Roland device. If you want a direct comparison, here's Doom's E1M1 on a Roland SC-155 and here's how it sounds on an AWE64.

PC#1: Pentium MMX 166 / Soyo SY-5BT / S3 Trio64V+ / Voodoo1 / YMF719 / AWE64 Gold / SC-155
PC#2: AthlonXP 2100+ / ECS K7VTA3 / Voodoo3 / Audigy2 / Vortex2
PC#3: Athlon64 3400+ / Asus K8V-MX / 5900XT / Audigy2
PC#4: i5-3570K / MSI Z77A-G43 / GTX 970 / X-Fi

Well it depends on the settings for both devices. I know they are not exactly the same and the Roland GS produces better sound but
For the Win-95 era computers the AWE64 was not terrible as the Sound Blaster 16 with Yamaha OPL produced terrible sound compared to the Roland GS MIDI standard. If you turn off all the features of the.AWE64 and just use a Sound Blaster 16 driver the sound is not to bad.
Sure a true Roland GS device or wave table would have been best.
