Finally got it, the CM-500 the final end of line for the LA-synthesis series combined with the GS Soundcanvas in one box. There's a little switch at the box that you can use to set it to CM-32L mode, CM-64 mod(ish, apart from the LA synthesis the GS 'emulates' the remaining CM-64 parts), CM-300 and CM-500 (CM-300 and CM-32L at the same time) .

Quelle surprise! Doesn't look much different from a regular CM-32L actually.

Service from Roland was top notch as usual. Called Roland and requested a manual. No problem, only had to pay a fee for the copy and p&p this time. Received my copy in a week, with compliments.

However, seeing the current situation. What use is it at this point? 😕
