I have over 2,000 emulated games on my pc, from all types of game emulators. I found a front end that blew my mind. http://tomspeirs.com/gameex/. It acts as a front end for every emulator you have, so everything is at your fingers in one front end. The best thing is it looks like the new windows media center. The problem is I can't figure out how to configure DOSbox to be on the emulator list, and be able to have it launch games. If you could get this working, you'll love the front end, and i'd love you. I got all my emulators from MAME to NES flawlessly working with it, but it's different with DOSbox and the commands.

From the screenshot GameEx looks very cool. (and Microsoft products can also look cool, MS does have the ability to hire good designers 😉)

I'll try it and tell you if I managed to use DOSBox on it.

Interesting concept. 😀 I might have to try it out later, I like the idea of having everything in a handy spot. I don't think it would be worth the hassle for emulators that constantly update their settings though....

if you donate (i think it's a 21 USD minimum) It updates automatically. But it's no big deal to grab the latest version as of now, and just leave it as is. Before I donated cash I would just grab a new one every few months. As far as being slow and bulky, If you start it up and let it chill a sec, it's not. But evenso, EVERY EMULATOR IS IN ONE LIST. I have MAME/DAPHNE/Atari 2600/NES/SNES/GENS/PJ64/DOSBOX/SCUMMV/PSX/VPINBALL all together. Displays full snap/title/cartridge/box art for each individual game... full pic sets found here :http://localarcade.com/screenshotarchive/scans.htm . This is nice if your running your PC in an arcade cabinet like myself, the front end also doubles as a jukebox. Well worth the $21 donation, and you'd be crazy if you didn't get the free version if not. Sorry for rambling, but this frontend is by far the best out. Kudos Tom Speirs
