I think games above 640x350 do not scale at all, and front-ends can't change that behaviour. Maybe that's the case for your game? Did you try other games as well?

normal3x is not even an option in D-Fend and the authors email doesn't work. i'm so goddamn irritated 😠

-forcescaler parameter will help. My site seems to work now.
