Please help, What's the problem? Every time i'm closing dosbox, windows freezes for 2 or 3 seconds and then BSOD appears. An error says REFERENCE_BY_POINTER. And the file caused BSOD is dosbox.exe. What i need to do? Version of Windows is Windows 7 Ultimate, my version of DosBox is 0.63. And day before it, it worked perfectly.

P.S. By the way, is it possible to activate real PC Speaker for sounds?

Use the latest dosbox, latest drivers for graphics and audio card.

Real PC speaker is not possible (and wouldn't sound very good since todays speakers are worse than in the 386/486 time AFAIK).
