Can I install DosBox in Android? Can I use an installed keyboard with function keys.

Check the Play Store. Hint: aDOSBox is free, but runs like crap. 😉

There are a few builds of DOSBox on the market, one of which is aDosBox. The others, if I remember right, are not free. AnDosBox and DosBox Turbo are available and work to some extent, depending on your device.
If the keyboard you are referring to is physical, it may work, depending on the IME. If you have a full keyboard layout IME (like Hacker's Keyboard), it will work, function keys and all.
