Hi,

As stated in the subject line, I am trying to use the DOSBox debugger on a laptop which does not have a full keyboard. This means there's no pause key to be found (and no it's not FN+some other key) and I am unable to pause DOSBox for debugging.

While changing the keybindings in DOSBox does give me a pause key the debugger doesn't seem to recognize it. Other than finding an external keyboard to use, I see no other solution. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you.

You can remap what activates the debugger; alt-pause is just the default binding. You're probably not using the mapper the right way: don't change the binding on the "PAU" event, change the binding on the "Debugger" event.
