Hi!Im running DosBox v 0.65 and when I change resolution it only gets 1024*768,so I cant run with 640*480.Does anyone know what to do?I didnt have this problem in dosbox v 0.63. 😵

Have you tried running in fullscreen mode (Alt-Enter)?
I have opened the config file and set fullscreen to true.
check the fullresolution setting
