ProDOS language? I don't know what that is. If you mean a scripting language you're somewhat on your own, if you mean a programming language there are plenty of people on here who could help you, and if you mean English, I could help you, PM link at the bottom of this post.

What game? Where did you get it from? How did you install it? How do you launch it? What OS, system? How are we supposed to help you when you don't give detailed information?

I am very pleased to see replays on my problem after 1 day...
The OS is XP proffesional, the game is Cyberia downloaded as iso image file from the net. Mountes with dosbox v0.72 and daemon tools.
The game runs properly but like i sad after the first autosave place it crsshes and dosbox "cannot save log file" appears!
I cant understand why, it must be a problem with storing the autosave files from the game.
Maybe the log files root is unknown or isnt set in the dosbox....
I cant tell that is why im asking!

I look forward on fixing the problem with your help...

?? You don't need Daemon Tools to work with ISO's in DOSBox. Just use imgmount instead of the standard mount.

Btw - how do you mount your virtual drives in DOSBox?

I was about to ask the same question... (; I bet ilija_2001 doesn't have a C:\-drive mounted.

In the year 2027 the world is controlled by two rival super-powers, the
western-bloc Free World Alliance and the east-bloc Cartel.

Transmissions from an FWA spy reveal the location of a secret multi-national
labratory deep within Siberia, the "Cyberia Complex", where a mysterious
weapon is being developed. FWA leader Devlin frees a cyber-hacker named Zak
from prison and sends him to infiltrate the complex and discover the true
nature of the Cyberia weapon.

Unfortunately, the Cartel is also interested in the weapon and will stop
at nothing to get it. Not only must Zak make his way past the Cartel forces
sent to stop him, but he must also overcome the Cartel agents which have
already seized control of the complex. To make matters worse the Cyberian
scientist's genetically engineered creations are running rampant in the
same area as the weapon, and Devlin also appears to be have something up
his sleeve.

Game Information:

DOS version. Tested on Windows XP Home Edition. Used DOSBox and the
Frontend D-Fend. Used Daemon-Tools to Mount the CD Image. The CD Drive
had to be the first one, or D:, in my case. That can be done with DOSBox
if you mount it properly. Another way is through Disk Management if don't
plan to use DOSBox.

Installation

Pretty simple, use SETUP.EXE. Read the README.TXT file for info and stuff.

Playing the Game

You need the CD to play. Gamepad/joystick may be supported. I used DOSBox
with the PSX to USB device from RadioShack and it worked. If you can use a
joystick, remember to go to the menu selection CALJOY to calibrate the

how did you mount the stuff ?

i mounted the iso file in the virtual drive g: with daemon tools
then i run the dos box
and i write
"mount d G:\ -t cdrom" enter
and it is mounted
then i run cyb.exe from d:\
and the game starts
...............................................................................................

how to mount the iso on d drive?
write the comands
cyberia.iso is in my drive e:\games
i must mount the image in d:\ drive so the game can start!

As you were nimble enough to find the game, and understand what is written in the "Readme" (Ahem), i'm sure you can read the DOSBox readme, and find out how to mount a c:\ drive. If you manage to do that, the game will run.

If i was a mod, i would close this thread now.

(short folder name preferred)

E.G.

mount c d:\dosgames

mount d G:\ -t cdrom

Still, you SHOULD read the readme file inside DOSBox folder.

I cant belive my stupid brain....
I downloaded a dfrnd ver.2
and created a profile that the rest of it was beauty to my eyes,
i was always mounting the c drive !!! , the game just neede a folder from dfend so that it can store the autsaved files!!!!!

I alredy appologised in my first replay.
Anyways Macedonia is a small but neverthe less beautifull country with nice winter and sumer places to visit!!!
You can always visit me at my house in Skopje.

Oh and btw macedonian is somewhat like english language, it has no "dativ, acuzativ and so" it is very easy to learn and our girls are very beautifull so fell free to come!

Agreed, Skopje is a nice city (my Granpa lives there), taxis are almost for free. The language is somewhat close to Bulgarian, while understandable by a Croatian person 😁
