Ok. I have original ISO from Theme Hospital.
I've mounted is as ISO and run setup. After I've chosen language version DOSBOX hangs and in the console window I saw this:

And system specs:
Athlon64 2 GHz, 1 GB RAM, Radeon X1550, Windows XP SP2
I've tested various combinations EMS/XMS/UMB, various processor's cores, various DOSBOX versions (CVS and official versions), I've replaced dos4gw with newer/older version, disabled sound output, I've used also DOS32A - without success. I still don't know, where' the rub?
