I have wordperfect 5 which I can get to work using DOSBox on my windows 10 pc. The problem I have is getting it to run in full screen with no borders around. It used to run in 800x600 mode on windows xp. Is there also a way to have DOSBox close when the wp command is loaded?

If you want to run apps like WordPerfect, you would probably be better off using vDosPlus. There is an immense knowledgebase on the subject available at http://www.columbia.edu/~em36/wpdos/ .

Exiting DOSBox will also exit any game that is executed within.
