I got lucky for an SB Live! CT4620 with the audio extension CT4660. Never had the extension back then.

NOS Ultra Wizard mid tower black case. Sellers pic, since I wont be picking it up for a few days. Iv been looking for a Chieftec or Antec like this for ages, so $40 on Craigslist feels like an absolute find. It's also been listed for 2 months and iv been debating on it the entire time.

I bought the blue version not too long ago, really happen with it so far.

Got this beauty last week. Still can't believe that I found a complete one with Program CD and remote

Love me some Creative Infra.

I used to own one of these and it is one of the most, and possible the most hated hardware I ever owned.

Oh my, what was so bad about it?

I remember wanting one when they were new.

Pretty much everything beside the fancy faceplate and colorful creative logo 😀
They were/are very unreliable drives and this opinion was already established back when they were new - maybe that's why they are not very common these days.

I picked this up off Marketplace when inquiring about keyboards (which I bought 14 of)

Ai5eTKR.jpg

The monitor alone is worth what I paid for everything. The text mode (amber, white, green) is a nice touch. I have been looking for an EGA monitor for 15 years, this is better than that ,and I can at last say my search is over. Image is crisp. It will need a retrobrite.

The PC works even, boots up, has EGA, a hand scanner card (no scanner though, but software for it) - I will retrobrite the PC and clean it up. Tomorrow morning I'll do a live opening as I have no idea what's inside besides what the diags can tell me.

Atm its working really well dispite some cds getting louder noises while loading (but load stuff perfectly). Let's see how long it lasts (I hope long enough hahaha)

Very nice EGA Monitor, I own this one since around 1989 😀 As far as I know it can also handle analog Video, but I never tried.

That's one of the reasons I got it. I do eventually want to get an Amiga, and this apparently will work with it

Card on the top is a ACHITEC rendition verite spider 2200 4mb , couldn't find much about achitec on wayback , might have been a taiwaneese company.

only other thing I can find is the 99 capture of the company's home page saying : Let's Meet on Cebit '99

which appears to be some kind of tech press conference so I guess the company had a booth there or something.

looks like the url got sold after that?

the driver links appear to be dead so ill have to find some generic drivers I guess.

Bottom card is the legendary geforce 256 ddr , this one is a canopus too on top of that so I'm very happy to own it.

Another survivor...

NorthStar Advantage. According to seller it will turn on although I'm not sure what's the correct voltage (build sheet on the bottom says 220, plate on the back says 115), so I'm waiting for more info...

It is in like-new condition. No wonder, because it takes so horrible pictures, that no one even back in the day wanted to use it 😁
