Won 2 NES consoles with 2 controllers, the RF module, the power brick, Zapp controller, and the SMB+Duck Hunter game.

Both of these consoles will get looked inside, cleaned, and get new 72-pin cartridge slots with a bit of TLC.

Nice. I sold my NES, SNES, and Gamecube a few years ago. They didn't get used that much and I figured I could just use an emulator on my Wii for when I did want to play the NES and SNES games and the Wii can play Gamecube games natively.

I had put a new cart slot in the NES when I originally got it. Just had too many systems and decided to cut down and get rid of a few I didn't really need.

Wow, didn't know a Wii could play Gamecube games natively, been looking for a cube in decent condition but like other retro stuff prices are goofy.

Yep. Just have to have one with the GameCube controller ports and use GameCube controllers.

The sad thing is, the Wii doesn't have the GameBoy Player support. However, emulators will suffice for that.

I got a nice deal on a ASUS P4P800 SE with socket 478 and an Geforce 6800GT APG with 256MB DDR3 with the mermaid artwork from the NVIDIA Nalu Tech-Demo.

Also included 1x 512MB DDR400 RAM from MTD that was "Made in Germany", a Northwood 3GHz Pentium 4 (sadly with 2 missing pins, see picture) and a beefy CPU cooler with adjustable fan, the I/O shield, a IDE and a Floppy cable.
This was 46€ with shipping, i guess it's a good deal these days on ebay.

The P4 CPU might work despite those two missing pins. The seller shows a picture from the initial boot screen of the board. I will find out in the future.

Quick question: Is the seller from Oberhausen, Germany?
I believe I was promised a system with identical parts but the guy didn't show up when I went to pick the stuff up.
Just curious wether this is a coincidence or parts from that exact system. 😄

No, seller is from north of Germany: Schleswig Holstein.

Don't eat stuff off a 15 year old never cleaned cpu cooler.

Also, opinion about my C-Media PCI card?

Phil has done a review of this chipset some time ago: https://www.philscomputerlab.com/c-media-cmi8738.html
He also has the drivers available for download.
Since I don't have one of these cards myself, I don't have a real opinion, but it seems there are better choices out there (of course always depending on your budget and your location). But hey, if it works for you, that's ok.

I purchased a Sharp VC-SH990W (apparently a Hong Kong market model from 2001ish).

This a PAL/SECAM/NTSC multi-system VHS VCR . I have not fully tested it yet, but even if not working or repairable, for less than 8 $CAN, no tears will be shed .

Finally found a Geforce PCX5900 (PCIe Geforce FX5900). This is the higher clocked Gigabyte model. GV-NX59128DP Turbo Force edition. This one is still in the shrinkwrap though it will not be for long.
From what I could find, the PCX5900 uses the FX5900XT GPU and the supposed clocks match that.

This gives me almost the full range of the Geforce PCX cards except for the lowest, the PCX4300, which I am not even sure ever existed. That and the PCX5950U which may have also never been sold.

So I'll have the PCX5300, PCX5750, and PCX5900.

Man, those things are expensive..... 😲

Hah... You should try looking up prices for an FX5800 Ultra.

Now those are expensive.

Wasn't the FX5800 very short-lived due to hardware problems and thus rarer than other FX series cards? That would do it.

Yep. But the money that people pay for them is just hilarious.

XP. Nice XP board+CPU. And a pile of tuner cards that that are just slot filler now that analog broadcasts have been stopped (well, you could still output composite or S-Video with something else, but then the capture card is far more interesting).

Edit:
See you're located in RO. Only place in EU to still do analog broadcasts. Those cards can still do something 😜

Thanks. I can still use the analog TV Tuners. Also that GIGABYTE GA-7DXE remembers me about my dad's board from 2002-2005 (a sort of Gigabyte, but IDK what is it, or a GA-7ZX or can be a GA-7DXE)

Recieved my Corsair Carbide 540 case. A bit scuffed and some scratches on the window. But hey, almost 10 year old case.
It was really dirty, and bird feathers inside the case. A vacume cleaner, some window cleaner and soap water.
I actually thought that it was 3.5 inch drive bays on the front. Nope!!! Those are 5.25 inch ones. This is an BIG case.
I have not been able to find any red version like mine, so it might be a case mod. And I got a Noctua fan as a bonus.
All drive holders are in the case, and there are some SATA extension cables as well.

I am a happy man. Will look great with that ATX-64 board inside. (And not bad for 26 Euro)
