Looking through the web, even trying to use wayback machine on archive I found this it's 6 days later of 0412 latest non beta bios, and states:
Rev. B Solve cannot enter OS if connected two HDD that capacity over 8.4GB to Secondary IDE channel.

I also found this reference which looks to be the latest bios after 0412, this is 0926 ( 5 months later)
