It looks like a simpler version of Cubic Player. I checked few old module CD's but no luck.
No luck ... my "go to" mod player was always Inertia Player

The OP claims he eventually found XTC-PLAY by the demogroup Sanction serves as a good replacement for it and even OpenCP.

Seems to work pretty well. Starting it with no arguments brings up a text-mode file-browser. Supports all of the major tracker module formats.
Even handles Impulse Tracker's portamento effects correctly, which a lot of other module players seem to mess up.
I have no matches when I searched all zips and arjs and arcs and lzhs and lhas on my harddrives for LSP.EXE to no avail 🙁
