i installed powerstrip recently on the windows 98se computer, now it shows a solid green color. how can i shut it down?

Do you meaning Powerstrip from Entech, that Graphic-card tool?
Well, shut down the bad way (poweroff) and press F8 wile booting to get into safe mode.

Yeah, it was that powerstrip i talked about, oh, right, ill do that if that only works.
